Monday- Turn in rough draft of essay colorcoded. Sentence flow as a class. Worksheet 3:7 due Tuesday.

Tuesday- Essay's that were returned to owners for not following directions are due today. Worksheet 3:7 is due today as well. Today we will be working on skill builder checks, sentence variety check, and worksheet 3:8. 3:8 will be due Wednesday.

Wednesday- Shurley test check over pattern 3 sentences.

Thursday- Short quiz over 14 vocabulary terms from Shurley Reference 5A and 5B. Complete Shurley Test.

Friday- Good Friday! No School! Have a safe break!

Practice varied sentence patterns with essay topic. If we have time, work on essay rough draft. Homework, write in varied sentences, support, and write new rough draft.

Present several rough draft essays to the class for review. One paragraph at a time. Discuss differant ways to present information in essay.
